About Saffin
Saffin Pond offers you a flexible swimming experience. Don’t want to compete? Join to become a stronger swimmer! Going away? Participate in the meets and practices that you can make! Loving it? Come all six days a week and race to the championships!
No previous swim team experience is required, but all swimmers need to be able to move through the water independently. If you are unsure if your swimmer is ready or not, feel free to contact us with any questions.
Practices
Practices are held Monday-Friday on non-meet days. We offer morning and night practice options. Parents should indicate practice preference times during registration. Swimmers will be assigned to an hour long practice group by our coaches. Potential practice times are as follows:
9:00am-10:00am
10:00am-11:00am
5:45pm-6:45pm
6:45pm-7:45pm
